The steps to follow to login:

  1. The first thing to do is to copy and paste the FedEx Login page URL: https://www.fedex.com/fcl/?appName=fclmyprofile&locale=us_en&step3URL=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fedex.com%2Fmyprofile%2Floginandcontact%2F%3Flocale%3Den_US%26cntry_code%3Dus&returnurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fedex.com%2Fmyprofile%2Floginandcontact%2F%3Flocale%3Den_US%26cntry_code%3Dus&programIndicator=0 onto the address bar of your web browser. Simply highlight the link (since it proves to be a great hassle if you input these loads of characters of the link onto the address bar of your web browser), right click it and with the drop down list that appears click Paste. When the link is successfully copied,  hit Enter or click Go.
  2. Once directed to the page, a login section will be found where you will have to input the necessary information such as User ID or Password. Start logging in by filling in the first text field with your User ID. Make sure you do not commit any mistakes to avoid any errors when logging in.
  3. After completing the first text field, move on to the next one where you will have to input your Password onto it. Make sure you do not commit any typos or mistakes when logging in to avoid any errors that might delay you from accessing your account.
  4. When all of the text fields are completed you may click the Remember my User ID on this computer so that the next time you login you only have to input your password. Do not do so if you are using a public computer.
  5. Lastly, click Login.

 

Encountered Login roadblocks? Reset your login credentials:

  1. On the same page of FedEx, find the Forgot your User ID or Password? link and click it if indeed you are having troubles logging in.
  2. You will then be directed to their reset page to which there are two reset columns. One is for your User ID retrieval and the second one is for password retrieval.
  3. If you are having problems with your User ID, then go to the second reset column and input your email address onto the text field provided. When a User ID is found to be associated with the email address you input, FedEx will then send an email to your email address containing a reset link or instructions to retrieve your User ID.
  4. If you are having problems with your Password, go to the first column and input your User ID then click Continue. There are additional steps along the way so just follow the onscreen instructions.
